When you receive your order, to ensure you have the right size, please try on your shoes by wearing them inside the house on clean surfaces to avoid any wear marks on the soles. Should your shoes not be the correct size or fit, please contact us and we can assist you with the returns process.
Please note: Happifeet Podiatry must be contacted via email prior to the return of any goods.
We are happy to provide a credit, refund (excluding shipping) or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase date. All items must be brand new (unworn/ unopened) and in their original packaging.
Happifeet Podiatry is not liable for any loss of an item being returned. We suggest returning by registered mail (with tracking).

Please note faulty items will be assessed by our Podiatrists and sent to our manufacturer before processing an exchange/refund.
If you are unable to return in-store, we ask that you email photographs of your items to us so that we can view the fault and reduce the time that you are without your items.
