Returns and Store Credits:

When you receive your shoes, to ensure you have the right size, please try on your shoes by wearing them inside the house on clean surfaces to avoid any wear marks on the soles. Should your shoes not be the correct size or fit, please contact us and we can assist you with the returns process.

Sometimes the shoes may just need a slight adjustment to make them fit right. A complimentary footwear check appointment can be made with one of our podiatrists so that we can provide you with more advice around your footwear needs.  For online customers, we can do a telephone consultation instead.

IMPORTANT:

Happifeet Podiatry must be contacted via phone call or email prior to the return of any goods. This must be done within 14 days of purchase and all items must be brand new (unworn/unopened) and in their original packaging.

For online orders, we are happy to provide a credit, refund (excluding shipping) or exchange if we have been notified of the return within 14 days of the original purchase date via email. All items must be brand new (unworn/unopened) and in their original packaging.

For online orders, Happifeet Podiatry is not liable for any loss of an item being returned. We suggest returning by registered mail (with tracking).

Manufacturing faults:

Please note faulty items will be assessed by our Podiatrists and sent to our manufacturer before processing an exchange/refund.

If you are unable to return in-store, we ask that you email photographs of your items to us so that we can view the fault and reduce the time that you are without your items.
