We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $200

Whilst we try our very best to get orders to you as soon as possible, please allow up to 12-14 business days for your order to be fulfilled due to current COVID conditions.

Once the courier has your parcel, your approximate delivery times are as follows:

o    Brisbane, Melbourne and, Adelaide, Sydney: 7-12 Business days

o    Perth and Tasmania: 12-14 Business days

o    Regional/rural areas: 14-18 Business days

Shipping and Delivery:

If a recipient at the delivery location is unable to sign for the package the following may occur:

1. Re-direction of your parcel as arranged by the recipient

2. Delievered to a nearby PO Box or Post Office for private collection.

Our shipping is based upon volumetric weight, and depending on how large your items are, it may vary in terms of cost. Costing is automatically calculated for you at the checkout prior to payment.

Australian a standard parcel postage flat rate of $14.95

Express Post parcel postage Australia Wide $22.95.

If you spend over $200 you receive free shipping (only available for Australian domestic orders).

Depending on your shipping location, Regular postage takes around 7-10 days and Express postage takes around 2-4 days, depending on your location.

Note: If your shipping location is outside next day delivery service, parcels may take longer then expected.

International Orders:

Currently, due to COVID restrictions, our online store only ships within Australia. If you live internationally and are looking to have your order shipped elsewhere, get in contact with our team and we can let you know if it's possible to organise shipment to you and the costs involved. Please note we do not offer free shipping for international orders.

If you are making a international purchase from Happifeet Podiatry (outside Australia) please note that customs fees or import duties may apply to your order. We recommend that you contact your national customs/imports body in order to determine what customs and/or duty charges may apply to your order.
